✓ WHAT ARE HYDROLATES?
Genuine Hydrolates are obtained by steam-destilling selected parts of plants or flowers. They consists exclusively from the used water and from the plant material released (mainly water soluble) ingredients, as well as to a small extent from non-water soluble ingredients like essential oil (0,03 up to 1 percent). The 100% natural plant-waters are therefore highly enriched, very gentle essences with a wide spectrum of nourishing and fragrant ingredients of the respective plant. They have partly the same effects as the essential oil of the used plant, but are much smoother and even gentle enough for use with children, babies, elderly, debility or chronic illness sufferers. Because of their digestibility, hydrolates are unique universal care products, which can be used in combination with other care products, fat vegetable oils, essential oils or in addition to other medicines – they complement each other well!
