✓ How do I use this product?

FOR DETOX BODY CARE AFTER SHOWERING OR BATHING

It's best to apply the body oil sparingly to still damp skin (e.g. after showering, bathing, etc.). The oil is particularly refreshing and nourishing if you spray yourself with a hydrolate beforehand and then gently massage the oil in together with the hydrolate.

AS MASSAGE OIL

After the dry brush massage, the skin is particularly open to absorbing active ingredients or nutrients. The aroma detox body oil is ideal for skin-tightening care.

You can also use the oil very well as a nourishing massage oil for partial or full body massages.

AS BATH OIL

Add the body oil and milk product (full-cream milk or cream) to the 36°C to 38.5°C warm bath water and immediately enjoy the feel-good bath!

YOU NEED
for a full bath: approximately 3-4 tablespoon oil and 1/8 l milk
for a feet bath: approximately 1 tablespoon oil and 3 tablespoon milk

ATTENTION: The bath oil contains no esterified oils, so it's very nourishing and rich. Don't leave long hair in the bath water, or rinse or wash it thoroughly (it also works intensively for straw or dull hair).
